BMJO Small Groups

The Black Market Jazz Trio and Jazz Quartet provide Smooth Jazz for cocktail and dinner parties. In this format we generally provide electric instruments and can play smooth jazz, mellow pop, standards and latin standards. In this configuration the situation usually calls for soft background music, but if needed the band can instantly turn it up a notch! The instrumentation is (trio) Electric Bass, Electric Piano and Sax. In the Quartet we add drums. The well rounded musicians that comprise the Black Market Jazz Orchestra handle this situation with ease. Playing softer background music is comfortable for them. Providing the best music is our goal. BMJO small groups get the job done effortlessly!
